PLANNED C-SECTION SUPPORT PACKAGE

A planned cesarean birth deserves just as much preparation, support, and care as any other birth experience.

My Planned C-Section Doula Package is designed to help you feel informed, emotionally supported, and prepared before, during, and after your scheduled cesarean birth.

PACKAGE INCLUDES:

Before Birth
• 2 prenatal preparation sessions
• C-section education and preparation
• Discussion of your birth preferences and hospital experience
• Planning for the day of surgery
• Emotional preparation and reassurance
• Preparation for your partner/support person
• Personalized questions-to-ask-your-provider checklist
• Phone/text support throughout pregnancy

DAY OF CESAREAN
• In-person doula support according to hospital/facility policies
• Emotional reassurance before the procedure
• Support for your partner/support person
• Breathing and relaxation techniques
• Help creating a calm, positive birth environment
• Support with communicating your preferences and questions to your medical team
• Support during the immediate postpartum transition, as permitted by hospital policy

POSTPARTUM SUPPORT
• 1 postpartum visit
• Emotional support and birth debrief
• Guidance on rest, recovery, and adjusting to the postpartum period
• Newborn-feeding resources and encouragement
• Practical postpartum resources and referrals
